Baku, December 13, AZERTAC The State Service of Special Communication and Information Security of Azerbaijan and the Informatics and Information Security Research Center (BİLGEM) of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkiye (TUBITAK) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on joint cooperation. The document was inked by Head of Azerbaijan’s State Service of Special Communication and Information Security of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General Ilgar Musayev and TUBITAK BILGEM Chairman Ali Gorcin. Prior to the signing ceremony, Chairman of TUBITAK BILGEM Ali Gorcin and Head of KamuSM - Public Certification Authority Cagatay Karabat visited the Cybersecurity Operations Center of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security of Azerbaijan. The Turkish delegation made a presentation on the work done in the TUBİTAK BİLGEM center, the national technological solutions they produced, as well as other areas of their activity. It was noted that the main fields of activities of BİLGEM are research-development, testing and evaluation, prototype production and training.
