1 injured in letter bomb blast at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid

One person was injured in an explosion at the Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid on Wednesday, according to Anadolu Agency.
The blast took place when an embassy worker opened an envelope, according to Spanish news outlet Radio Television Madrid (RTVM).
The employee suffered light injuries and was able to go to a hospital on his own, the report said.
Oleg Nikolenko, spokesperson for Ukraine's Foreign Ministry, said security measures had been increased after the attack.
Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba "instructed to strengthen the security of all Ukrainian embassies. He also called on the Spanish authorities to urgently investigate this attack," Nikolenko wrote on Twitter.
