New Turkish fighter drone Kizilelma successfully completes taxi and ground running test

The newly designed unmanned combat air vehicle (UCAV) Bayraktar Kizilelma successfully completed taxi and ground driving tests in Istanbul on Sunday, Nov. 20, according to Anadolu Agency.
Kizilelma (red apple) -- the prototype was completed in May 2021 -- is set to make its maiden flight at the beginning of next year.
The drone has aggressive maneuverability, with a flight time of five hours and an operational altitude of 35,000 feet.
Baykar plans to produce it with all domestically developed ammunition and all ammunition in the air force inventory.
