AERA expands cooperation with foreign energy regulators

The Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) is expanding cooperation relationships with foreign energy regulatory authorities in order to study international experience in energy regulation.
On the sidelines of the Renewable Energy Investment Conference, held in Georgia, Chairman of the Board of AERA Samir Akhundov met with member of the Presidium of the Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA), Director of International Relations at the Austrian Energy Regulatory Authority E Control Dietmar Preinstorfer.
During the meeting, the parties shared information on the activities carried out by the energy regulatory authorities of Azerbaijan and Austria and discussed measures that could be implemented jointly to exchange experience.
