Baku, October 5, AZERTAC Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) and Turkish company “Borusan Makina ve Guc Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret” have signed a memorandum on cooperation.The meeting, held with the presence of representatives of the Turkish company in Azerbaijan, was attended by ASOIU Rector Mustafa Babanli, vice-rectors, head of the Azerbaijani representative office of “Borusan Makina ve Guc Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret” Omer Emre Demirkale, as well as academic staff and students of the university.Rector Mustafa Babanli provided detailed information about the work done at ASOIU, cooperation relations, accredited specialties and new projects. He emphasized the importance of establishing and developing cooperation relations with “Borusan Makina ve Güc Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret” for the university.Head of the Azerbaijani representative office of “Borusan Makina ve Güc Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret” highlighted the activities of the Turkish company, adding that joint work would be carried out to develop cooperation with the university.The main activity of the Turkish company is the organisation of wholesale and retail sales and repair of construction and mining equipment, diesel and gas generators and equipment. It also sells spare parts for equipment and generators.
