Baku, October 5, AZERTAC Turkistan province of Kazakhstan has hosted an event entitled "Azerbaijani language, culture and traditions".According to the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, representatives of local authorities, the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, as well as media and the Azerbaijani diaspora attended the event organized by the "Karabakh" Azerbaijan Ethno-cultural Union in the Karasu village of Sayram region.Chairman of the Union Ramila Mustafayeva emphasized that Azerbaijanis living in different countries of the world are proud of their national identity, native language, rich cultural heritage and never tired of promoting this treasure in the countries where they reside.The event also featured performances of folk songs and national dances reflecting Azerbaijani traditions.
