Baku, September 27, AZERTAC The Azerbaijan House in Helsinki on Tuesday commemorated the martyrs of the Patriotic War on the occasion of 27 September – Remembrance Day. The memorial corner, created at the Azerbaijan House to pay tribute to Azerbaijani martyrs, displayed on a special screen the number of martyrs who fought heroically in the Patriotic War, and sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of the country. The photos highlighting the march, held on the occasion of the first anniversary of the Patriotic War in Baku with the participation of Victorious Commander-in-Chief, President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, as well as the “Kharibulbul” – symbol of Karabakh’s freedom were also demonstrated on the screen.
