Baku, August 8, AZERTAC Elections for senior positions have been held at the FIDE Congress in Chennai, India, as a part of the 44th World Chess Olympiad.President of the Azerbaijan Chess Federation Mahir Mammadov was re-elected as FIDE vice-president alongside with five-time world champion Viswanathan Anand and president of the Norwegian Chess Federation Joran Aulin-Jansson.Arkady Dvorkovich has been reelected for a second term as President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) with 157 votes, for the next four years.
