Baku, August 3, AZERTAC A 3,1 magnitude earthquake hit the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.The quake, depth of 24 km, was recorded at 07:11 local time.
