M5.7 earthquake strikes southern Sumatra, Indonesia: EMSC

A magnitude-5.7 earthquake has hit the south of the Indonesian island of Sumatra, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), CGTN reports.
The quake was at a depth of 33 kilometers, EMSC said.
