Zlatan Ibrahimovic signs new AC Milan deal that will keep him at Serie A club until age of 41
Baku, July 18, AZERTAC
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has signed one-year contract extension at AC Milan.
The Athletic reported Ibrahimovic had agreed to an extension earlier on Monday.
The Swedish striker’s contract expired at the end of June but he has signed an extension with Milan that will see him continue to play until he is at least 41.
Ibrahimovic is still recovering from a serious knee injury that is expected to keep him out for the remainder of the year, but the Serie A champions were keen to keep hold of a player who had been a leader off the pitch as well as on it.
Ibrahimovic underwent surgery in May after revealing the extent of his injury struggles.
