AzInTelecom expands Customer Services capabilities related to SIMA Token

The Customer Services of AzInTelecom LLC under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has been improved to meet the growing demand for electronic signatures related to digital transformation. The Customer Services, located in the Central “Shebeke” office, has increased the number of service operators and enhanced its technical capabilities.
Thanks to the improvements made to increase citizen satisfaction, it will be possible to speed up the process of issuing SIMA Tokens, and provide more efficient and quality services. From now on, the Customer Services will provide services to citizens, businesses and legal entities, as well as government agencies.
For your information, SIMA Token is included in the new digital signature platform SIMA, created by AzInTelecom LLC on the basis of electronic signature. So far, the functionality of the signature certificate presented under the name “electronic signature” has not changed. The SIMA Token is available under the terms and conditions of the electronic signature.
Citizens, legal entities, as well as businesses and government agencies can obtain a SIMA Token, which can be used in all areas where a signature is required. It is also possible to apply online to avoid wasting time in obtaining a signature certificate, which will be ready within three working days. When the signature is ready, you need to contact the Customer Services at “Shebeke” office in the city of Baku, and in the regions – at the nearest post office.
In addition, if the signature certificate is lost/stolen, technically damaged, etc., you should contact the above addresses.
AzInTelecom Customer Services is located in “Shebeke” Office No. 1 at 72 Uzeyir Hajibeyli, Baku. The Customer Services is open every day of the week, as well as on public holidays from 09:00 to 18:00.
