Armenian armed forces continue to shell residential settlements of Azerbaijan – AZERTAC reporting from Aghdam

The armed forces of Armenia continue to subject residential settlements of Azerbaijan’s Aghdam district to heavy artillery shelling. As a result, houses, outbuildings and households in the villages and settlements are seriously damaged.
AZERTAC’s correspondent dispatched to the frontline reports that Chiragli village is one the residential settlements that is mostly came under enemy fire. As a result of Armenian shelling against the civilians from September 27 up to now 2 houses were burned, 3 houses were destroyed, more than 10 houses were damaged, small and large livestock were killed. In violation of a humanitarian ceasefire yesterday, Armenia shelled the village, as a result of which a house was destroyed.
Fakhri Mammadov, a resident of the village, said that the enemy, who is helpless in front of the Azerbaijani Army, is firing artillery shells at the residential settlements and civilians. “Their goal is to inflict damage to civilians, destroy their houses and infrastructure. In no way these inhuman acts of the enemy intimidate us. We trust our army and we stand by them," he added.
