Baku, October 28, AZERTAC  “The Armenian media's report on the alleged shelling of a maternity hospital in Khankandi by the Azerbaijan Army is deliberate misinformation,” the Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC. “By spreading this information, Armenia is trying to divert the attention from the recent war crimes it committed in the city of Barda, which resulted in numerous casualties,” the ministry added.
