Baku, October 18, AZERTAC “Azerbaijan shot down an Armenian fighter jet on Sunday,” Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.The ministry said the Su-25 aircraft was attempting to launch airstrikes on the positions of the Azerbaijan Army in the Jabrayil direction.The jet was destroyed by the Air Defense Units of Azerbaijan at around 12:30, the ministry added.
