The Armenian military forces continue terrorist acts against Azerbaijani civilian population in gross violation of the humanitarian ceasefire as well as the basic norms and principles of the Geneva Conventions of 1949, according to the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Starting from the morning of October 12, the Armenian military units fired on the Tartar, Aghdam and Goranboy districts with intense missiles and heavy artillery from different directions, it said.
As a result of the explosion of artillery shells in the village of Kangarli, Tartar district, Baylarov Firudin Kamal oglu, born in 1970, was injured, according to the Prosecutor General's Office.
