Baku, January 24, AZERTAC

The 51st edition of the Cairo International Book Fair, which is considered the largest and oldest book fair in the Middle East and the second worldwide after Germany's Frankfurt Book Fair, opened in Egypt on Wednesday.
Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and Minister of Culture Enas Abdel Dayem attended the opening ceremony of the fair.
Entitled “Egypt-Africa, A Culture of Diversity,” the 51st edition of Cairo’s world-renowned book fair has also increased the number of pavilions to 808, compared to 722 pavilions in 2019.
The book fair will organize hundreds of various cultural and art activates, most of which will revolve around various African cultures.
