Four dead, six injured in explosion in south China

At least four people were killed and six others injured in an explosion at a chemical plant in Yulin City, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Tuesday, local authorities said, according to China Global Television Network.
The blast occurred at around 11 a.m., according to the regional emergency management department.
Local emergency services personnel have rushed to the scene.
