Baku has hosted the 8th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey on Economic Cooperation.
Azerbaijani Prime Minister Novruz Mammadov and Turkish Vice-President Fuat Oktay co-chaired the meeting.
Novruz Mammadov and Fuat Oktay met in private before being joined by their delegations for the meeting of the Commission.
The meeting was attended by representatives of ministries and other government bodies, which are members of the Commission.
The participants discussed a wide range of issues, including the current state of economic and trade relations and the ways of expanding economic cooperation between the two countries.
