French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Aurelia Bouchez has hailed the strengthening of political dialogue with Azerbaijan as she addressed an official reception organized by the Embassy of France to mark the country`s public holiday – the Bastille Day.
Ambassador Bouchez highlighted the history of development of France. Hailing the strengthening of bilateral ties between Azerbaijan and France, the ambassador noted that high-level reciprocal visits play an important role in this regard. She noted the importance of President Ilham Aliyev’s recent official visit to France in terms of exchange of views on the situation in the region.
Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov congratulated the people of France on behalf of the Azerbaijani government.
He praised the development of cooperation between the two countries in the fields of economy, politics, education and culture.
