Nakhchivan, January 19, AZERTAC A ceremony has been held in Nakhchivan to give out apartments to a martyr’s family and a participant of the Azerbaijan Patriotic War, as well as a car to a person who became disabled while performing his military duties. Addressing the event, Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov hailed the state care to martyr families, war participants, and disabled in the country.Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Nicat Babayev noted that social services and rehabilitation for those in need of special care are focus of the Autonomous Republic's attention.The chairman of the Supreme Assembly then handed apartament documents and keys to the cars to their owners.
