Baku Higher Oil School presents Sustainable Development Report

Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) has developed a Sustainable Development Report for 2017/2018 academic year, becoming the first national higher educational institution which reported on sustainable development.
The BHOS Sustainable Development Report pursues the objective to transparently share the results attained by the Higher School through its economic, social and environmental activities. The publication covers the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into BHOS strategy, approach towards sustainable development and its application in education, research, organizational and operational areas. It reflects the BHOS commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility principles and its compliance with international requirements. The report contributes to the achievement of the SDGs in the Republic of Azerbaijan. BHOS is committed to release the Sustainable Development Report every two years and calls other institutions to produce a similar publication.
The report was developed in line with standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and its content was verified and approved by EY Azerbaijan.
