Kiev, January 12, AZERTAC Ukraine’s UNIAN news agency has hailed state-religion relations in Azerbaijan. The article published by the agency says that the country`s State Committee for work with Religious Organizations has registered nearly 800 religious organizations."Of them 765 are Muslim organizations, 17 are Christian, 8 are Jewish, 1 is Hare Krishna and 2 are Bahá'í." The article underlines that there are 10 higher education institutions in Azerbaijan. It also notes that the country has more than 2,000 mosques, including 136 in Baku. There are also 14 churches and 7 synagogues in Azerbaijan, the article says. Emil HuseynliSpecial Correspondent
