Russian Human Rights Commissioner visits Khojaly Genocide memorial in Baku

Human Rights Commissioner of the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova has visited Khojaly Genocide memorial in Baku.
Accompanied by her Azerbaijani counterpart Elmira Suleymanova, the Russian Ombudsperson laid a wreath and flowers at the monument.
