Azerbaijani athletes shine with ten medals in Olympic Trial in Antalya

Azerbaijani athletes have proved their mettle by winning ten medals, including six golds, at the Olympic Trial held in Antalya, Türkiye.
During the two-day Road to Paris tournament, Alham Naghiyev emerged victorious in the 200-meter men's race, while Nazim Babayev excelled in the long jump discipline.
Lamiya Valiyeva achieved success by triumphing in both the 100-meter and 200-meter women`s race finals.
In the U16 category events, Toghrul Shahtakhtinski stood atop the podium in both discus throw and shot put.
Rustam Mammadov and Alham Naghiyev clinched silver medals, while Farida Rzayeva and Orkhan Aslanov scooped bronze medals of the competition.
